so after my failed attempt at making a pair of american apparel shiny red tights , i had all this extra fabric lying around my room . it was a really nondescript thursday and after watching episodes 3 to 7 of cashmere mafia i was blog surfing and stumbled upon childhood flames . the thing about fashion bloggers that i admire is their ability to just throw things together and look perfect . besides that i adore the fact that they're completely hands on ( well most of them anyway ) and able to recreate the stunning catwalk pieces . so anyway , i decided to follow her instructions on how to make a " miu miu-esque puff skirt " .

considering the fact that i can't even sew a straight line with a sewing machine , i predicted that the mess would be the AA leggings part 2 . BUT surprisingly , it wasn't ALL THAT BAD . except for the fact that i stitched the wrong thread up so now instead of the white thread being at the bottom it's on the top . -_- I STILL THINK IT'S A GOOD FIRST ATTEMPT SO SHUT UP .
