you would think that i'd be marginally excited that my brithday is literally round the corner . nah , this year should have been exciting and bursting with awesomeness . i just don't feel it though . i think i've lost the pre-birthday excitement . i think it's because there aren't celebrations and the people i love aren't here . i think i had more fun planning sam's surprise party . : |

this morning i'm determined to put in at least 1000 words for my media comm essay . it's not even 12 and i'm already side tracked . hahahaha . i've read all the blogs i've wanted to read ( and even some i didn't ) and still nada . what i did get up to . . . is dress up ! : )

ever since i got the FREE moon/space blanket from the nike + 10 km run , i know i wanted to do something with it .

headscarf : camberwell
gloves : kookaii
shoes : marni
belt : camberwell

the result : if nike did fashion other than sportswear . i kind of really liked the stiff shiny-ness of it all . made me want to do twirls . i guess this is likely to be my birthday outfit because there isn't money to buy one ! what do you reckon , hit or miss ?

on a side note , i found this from way back ! i remember watching aunty minfong's play ages go and loved everything about it . ah , such memories !
