for dinner i decided to try smitten kitchen's recipe for brocolli parmesan fritters because i needed some comfort food ( something fried ) , the photos looked so delicious ( it was all i could think about the whole afternoon ) , and it looked relatively simple to make ( it was ) .

can't wait for the her cookbook to come out !
