this year's night festival is super cool ! S showed me the World's Slowest SMS Billboard that will be displayed outside the singapore art museum from 7 pm to 2 am during the festival .

the tongue-in-chic interactive display pokes fun at technology by using humans to operate this service (?) - i'm not even entirely sure what to call it . . but i do know that what they promise is almost positively awful service every where under the moon .
i sure hope some dood makes use of this to propose !
